Tongue scraping is an ancient Ayurvedic oral care remedy that gets rid of bacteria and build-up in the mouth that can lead to bad breath, and a poor oral environment. How to Use

Before brushing, scrape from back to front 3 to 5 times. Rinse mouth, then brush and floss.
