HOW TO:
In a clean tub, fill your bath with 3-4 inches of warm, not hot water. Add 3-5 TBSP of the Sitz Bath mix. Let the botanicals infuse into the wellness water, and fill your magnificent body with love. Soak for 20 minutes.

Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt), Sodium Chloride (Dead Sea) Salt, Sodium Chloride (Dendritic) Salt, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Flour, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Milk Powder, *rosa canina (organic rose petals), Symphytum spp. (Comfrey) Leaf, Calluna vulgaris (Heather) Flower, Calendula officinalis (Calendula) Flowers, Plantago major (Plantain) Leaf, Rubus idaeus (Red Raspberry) Leaf, Lavandula x intermedia (Lavender) Flowers, Achillea millefolium (Yarrow) Leaf and Flower, Arctostaphylos uva ursi (Uva Ursi) powder.
Shelf life:
6 months Our creations are completely natural, without chemical preservatives, they're meant to be enjoyed, not stored! A date stamp on the bottom of each product marks the time it was made, please use it up accordingly. Only invest in the larger size if you will go through it within the time given.
Product care:
Treat our skincare like you would fresh, whole foods from the earth, they need to be cared for accordingly in order to last. To ensure that the shelf life is not compromised, avoid introducing water into the containers and handle products with clean, dry hands to prevent any contamination. Avoid direct sunlight, heat + humidity. Keep products in cool, dry spot like your hall closet or shelf. The fridge in the summer time is a great spot too!
If this is your first time using this creation, perform an allergy test before hand. Do this by applying a small amount to your forearm and waiting 24 hours to see if any irritation occurs. If you are pregnant or are breastfeeding, you may want to speak with your health care practitioner for further guidance.
